JUDGE Kavanaugh VS Professor Ford Hearing – ‘NO Reasonable Prosecutor Would Bring Sex Assault Charges Against Judge Kavanaugh’; Prosecutor Rachel Mitchell Concludes

Rachel Mitchell: ‘No reasonable prosecutor can bring sex assault charges against Judge Kavanaugh’(This combination of pictures shows Dr. Christine Blasey Ford, the woman accusing Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh (R) of sexually assaulting her at a party 36 years ago, during testimony during Kavanaugh's US Senate Judiciary Committee confirmation hearing on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC, September 27, 2018.

BY CRIMSON TAZVINZWA//Rachel Mitchell, the ‘female assistant’ appointed to speak for the all-male GOP members says due to lack of corroborative evidence; and absence of active and willing witnesses, despite Kavanaugh’s belligerents and conflicted temperament; no one could bring charges against President Trump’s Supreme Court nominee.

NO reasonable prosecutor would bring sex assault charges against Judge Kavanaugh; Rachel Mitchell, Prosecutor from Maricopa County the “female assistant” Senate Republicans appointed to speak for the 11 male GOP members of the Judiciary Committee concluded Monday morning.

Rachel Mitchell made the conclusion despite numerous reports allege the White House Office Counsel limited the scope of The FBI’s Kavanaugh investigation; both in terms of time and range.

In developments related to the story  reports say that US Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh was a “frequent, heavy drinker” at college who staggered, slurred his words and became belligerent and aggressive.

During an angry and emotional statement to a nomination hearing in Washington last week, Mr Kavanaugh said he “drank beer with my friends” but denied any wrong doing.

In an interview with Fox News, Kavanaugh all but denied even participating in the raucous party culture of elite private schools he attended. Instead, he portrayed himself as dutiful and devout.

“I went to an all-boys Catholic high school,” explained Kavanaugh, now a federal appeals court judge. “I was focused on academics and athletics, going to church every Sunday at Little Flower, working on my service projects, and friendship – friendship with my fellow classmates, and friendship with the girls from the local all-girls Catholic schools.”

Kavanaugh acknowledged attending parties where, with the drinking age then at 18, “seniors were legal and had beer there.” Never, he insisted, had he become so inebriated as to subsequently forget his actions.

If the FBI  finds that Kavanaugh lied under oath to the Senate Judiciary Committee and Congress his nomination as US Supreme Court Judge be would  over; and could face perjury charges.
