Senator Graham wants Trump Jr. to ignore Senate subpoenas

Donald Trump Jr. Caves: Faces Senate On Russia Collusion Probe//Crimson Tazvinzwa

Trump Jr. will testify to the Republican-controlled Senate Intelligence Committee next month but Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) said he should ignore the Senate subpoena. That even shocked a conservative legal analyst. Lawrence O’Donnell says Graham’s statements “violated his oath of office.”

House Democrats are launching a new investigation into President Trump’s lawyers and whether they helped to obstruct the Russia investigation by “shaping false testimony”, after Trump’s former fixer Michael Cohen testified that Trump’s lawyers helped edit his congressional testimony. Democrats also say former White House Counsel Don McGahn could face contempt if he fails to testify before Congress next week.

Trump ‘Caves’ on Wall, ‘Functional End’ of His Presidency; Senator Lindsay Graham

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) discusses President Donald Trump’s fight for the border wall, claiming that Trump caving would be “the end of his presidency.”

“If he goes in now that will be the end of 2019. In terms of him being an effective president but probably the end of his presidency.

“Donald Trump has made a promise to the American people that we going to secure our borders. That will be the end of us if we give in on this issue as Republicans as well.”

Senator Graham proposes giving President Donald Trump the $5 billion he’s asked for to build the wall along the southern border. In exchange, ‘Dreamers’ would be given legal status, something Democrats have been pushing for. He detailed his solution on CNN’s “State of the Union” on Sunday.
